  1. I have a 5 year old poodle lately ive been noticing shes a lot less active than she used to be and likes hiding and being alone especially after we got a new puppy:( she shakes sometimes and gets aggressive when i try to hold her im really sad i dont know what to do i dont want her to be sad or hate me

  2. This video actually explains anxiety really well. Appreciate that it focuses on stress, not just symptoms.
Weโ€™ve seen the biggest improvements with routines, exercise, and enrichment. Music and lick mats helped more than I expected, especially during alone time. While lifestyle and enrichment are important, natural supplements from trusted brands such as Innovet Pet. Big takeaway for me: anxiety is a health issue, not a behavior flaw.

  3. This video honestly shifted how I approach my border collieโ€™s anxiety especially the part about timing exercise with calming support. I tried something similar and noticed that once her baseline stress was lower, everything else started working better. For us, adding a full-spectrum CBD oil as part of the routine helped make things more consistent. Iโ€™ve been using one from Innovet Pet and itโ€™s been a good fit so far. Really helpful breakdown as always, Dr. Jones!
